I have the following in my configure file to allow me to add domains to
a 'whitelist' file. Mail received from those domains do not undergo
sender verification checks in the rcpt acl:

# Whitelisted hosts:
WHITELIST_DOMAINS_FILE    = /etc/mail/whitelist_domains

<snip>
(this is towards the end of my rcpt ACL, don't want to do this too
early:-)
  # Deny unless the sender address can be verified via callout:
    require verify = sender
    deny !sender_domains = WHITELIST_DOMAINS_FILE
            !verify = sender/callout=55s
