i suggest you define some parameters. one in particular is key,
you need to specify your tolerance for false positives vs. spam rejection.
there are certain very effective lists that have false positive issues
(spamcop & spews being the the best known examples -- both kill a lot of
spam, and sometimes kill other things.)
low false positive rates are found with these:
sbl.spamhaus.org
opm.blitzed.org
cbl.abuseat.org
