should I update a new exim at 12noon, I know now that any errors in
the log file are for the new version of exim -- not the old -- all the
messages are in a single file eliminating the need to scour for when
the new exim started up

its a crazy idea, and probably more to do with me being oc than
anything else -- hence the 'or not?' in the title
