[Exim] Master basic mail filters/.forward file

Does anyone know of a way of distributing a "master" .forward file to
users within the bounds of EXIM?
e.g. Is there a directive for including a "master template", say, as
follows?

vi ./.forward
# Exim filter
#
include ../DOTforward.master

.....


p.s. using Exim 2.05 on the distributed mail server - don't laugh!!!
