[Exim] Percent heck. Help!

Can exim handle such kind of address as a recipient?

Keith_Dunlap/HQ/FILAUSA%FILAUSA%FILASPORT@???

I put the domain fila.co.kr in the percent heck option but it didn't
work for me.

Have tried exim -d -bt but the above address turned into
Keith_Dunlap/HQ/FILAUSA%FILAUSA@FILASPORT and failed.

Or this address is sorta invalid one from the beginning?
