[Exim] filter file extension - allow domain

what do i have to do with antivirus.exim file in order to keep
filtering for file extensions but to allow 2 of the domains i have on
the machine to recieve those extensions (the client is an antiviruse
developer)?

I have to say I have no clue about exim but I really need this to be
done (my boss is killing me)
