Exim is already SUPER nice! ;)
Just split that rule into two parts, one to log whatever message you want, then
the other to discard.
warn log_message = contains sobig ($found_extension)
regex = sobig_pattern_here
discard message = contains sobig ($found_extension)
regex = sobig_pattern_here
