[Exim] Filter based on message subject for all Exim users

Hello List,

Is it possible to block messages based on their subject?

What I want to achieve is to block virus messages (and if possible to erase them) that send themselves to all users with the same subjects, e.g. "Approved", "That Movie", "Your details", etc. or a combination of these.
