anyone using or attempting to use Exim in conjunction with the Cyrus
IMAPD might find the following two chapters of my FreeBSD Cookbook
useful. (even if not running FreeBSD)
In particular it deals with the issue of mapping recipient
emailaddresses to cyrus mailbox names (a.k.a. virtusertable)
