[Exim] Exim 4.22 stability on FreeBSD?

I know there were a few issues at the release for 4.21/4.22, especially
with the FreeBSD port.

I'm considering upgrading from 4.20 on my home machine. How stable is
this now?
The FreeBSD port version seems to be 4.22, portrevision 3
