Exim does not bounce attachments *as attachments*. It just copies the
textual form of the original message in the body of the bounce. Thus, I
do not believe it actually propagates a virus, even it it generates a
bounce for a message that contains one. At least, it isn't sending it in
a form where the recipient can click on something to activate it.
