[Exim] Smarthost for AOL et al

Hi, All,

Like others before me I am trying to set up a router to send mail to a
smarthost to handle delivery to those domains that block SMTP servers on
dial-up lists. I am using Exim 3.36, an I am aware that the first
answer I get is likely to be "upgrade to 4."

I have added the following router immediately after my amavis
virus-scanner which is first:

aol_router:
driver = domainlist
domains = aol.com
transport = remote_smtp
route_file = /etc/exim/other_routes
search_type = lsearch
no_more

In other_routes I have (for example):

aol.com: my.smarthost.net byname

This seems to me to follow advice I have seen on this list as well as
make sense. Nevertheless, I still get AOL's blocking messages.

Any suggestions?
