Dear Tabor,
Thanks a lot for your detailed email. We have some more narrowed down the
problem. Another user in the same company i.e. @patontupper.co.za could sent
a mail to us with the same no of attachments & it comes through. We did
around three round of testing & all were successful. But only a particular
user @patontupper.co.za gets failure message while sending a mail with 3
attachments to us.

Is there any particular reason for the above. Your guidance is much
appreciated.

Thanks & Regards
Satheesh A

The problem is probably not with him and certainly not with exim itself. It
might be a problem with his local resolver but you also have some
inconsistencies with DNS for spinneys.co.ae which could be causing the
problem.

Your registrar uaenic.ae says your authoritative DNS servers are:

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
spinneys.co.ae. 10800 IN NS ns3.emirates.net.ae.
spinneys.co.ae. 10800 IN NS dnsserver.spinneys.co.ae.
spinneys.co.ae. 10800 IN NS ns1.emirates.net.ae.
spinneys.co.ae. 10800 IN NS ns2.emirates.net.ae.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
dnsserver.spinneys.co.ae. 10800 IN A 195.229.109.195

However emirates.net.ae says:

;; ANSWER SECTION:
spinneys.co.ae. 3600 IN NS ns3.emirates.net.ae.
spinneys.co.ae. 3600 IN NS ns.spinneys.co.ae.
spinneys.co.ae. 3600 IN NS ns1.emirates.net.ae.
spinneys.co.ae. 3600 IN NS ns2.emirates.net.ae.

;; ADDITIONAL SECTION:
ns.spinneys.co.ae. 3600 IN A 195.229.109.198
ns1.emirates.net.ae. 86400 IN A 194.170.1.6
ns2.emirates.net.ae. 86400 IN A 194.170.1.7
ns3.emirates.net.ae. 86400 IN A 194.170.1.99

And the server at 195.229.109.195 listed with your registrar as
authoritative for your domain doesn't seem to respond:

dig mx spinneys.co.ae @195.229.109.195

; <<>> DiG 9.2.1 <<>> mx spinneys.co.ae @195.229.109.195
;; global options: printcmd
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

You should probably fix that by updating your registrar with the correct DNS
servers. It may or may not be the cause of the problem, but only your
supplier's mail admin can tell you for sure why they rejected your message.
