Subject: [Exim] (how could i) use Maildir and address redirect/rewrite interchangably

Currently I have this in transports (exim 4.22):

virtuals_delivery:
   driver                        = appendfile
   hide directory      = LDAP LOOKUP WHICH RETURNS A DIRECTORY
   maildir_format

I would *love* to be able to have an email address in ldap, instead of
a maildir, that I could deliver messages to instead

Anyone have a clue how?
