[Exim] Multiple Connection Relay VS. Single Pipe Relay

I am using EXIM 4.12 ( willing to upgrade ) to front end a windoz based
mail server for inbound email.

The problem:
I seem to be only able to run multiple emails through one connection
by running EXIM Queue-Runner only mode. ( Qrunner ever 2 minutes )
So, that emails are updated in the hits database.

If I just allow straight pass through, EXIM seems to make one SMTP connection
for each email.

Is there any way to get all emails piped through one or two SMTP connections
in semi Real Time ?
