Looks like a configuration error, i.e. there is a router in the
configuration that does normal remote delivery by DNS lookups with the
dnslookup driver, which tries to handle internal.domain.

Perhaps you've set up no_verify on your manualroute router? Showing us
your router and ACL config might help.
