In your RCPT ACL:

deny message = Blacklisted for spamming
senders = lsearch;/path/to/your/text/file

Also, if you change the senders line to this:

senders = lsearch;/whatever:*@lsearch;/whatever

then you can also blacklist a whole domain just by dropping it (the domain
name) into the file, which is more useful. (or you could do it with a
separate ACL rule).
