[Exim] Block user-at-domain.tld file list

Hi,

i'm new in Exim and i would like to have a text file which have, in each
line, email addresses to be blocked.

The texfile is something like:

user@???
userkkk@???
pp@???
...

How can i implement this in Exim 4.20 ??
