[Exim] "webmaster" not filtered

Subject: [Exim] "webmaster" not filtered
My filter (shown below) to catch files ending in ".pif" seem to be
working fine, except it allows everything through to webmaster. That
shouldn't be the case. Is there anything I can do about that?
