Thanks, I've lost the error message.

It still doesn't work however. I'm a complete newbie on this so maybe
it's nothing.

Router:

system_aliases:
driver = redirect
allow_fail
allow_defer
data = ${lookup{$local_part@$domain}lsearch*@{/etc/aliases}}
file_transport = address_file
pipe_transport = address_pipe

----

/etc/aliases:

postmaster: chris
nobody: /dev/null

user1@??? : chris
user2@??? : chris
*@domain.com : postmaster

Is anything wrong here, that stop exim from sending all undeliverable
mail to postmaster?

Regards,
Chris

Actually, the syntax looks completely wrong. Should be:
${lookup{$local_part@$domain}lsearch*@{/etc/mixed-aliases}}
