[Exim] Same problem when using FreeBSD Port

Hello,

Yesterday I posted talking about getting an error saying "That account is
currently not available" when attempting to do a make when building from
source. However, now I'm getting the same error when using the FreeBSD
ports collection.

Any ideas?
