You need to have the Exiscan patch ( http://duncanthrax.net/exiscan-acl/ )
installed, which is a popular patch to assist with mail scanning. If you
get your copy of Exim patched up/compiled with that, you can then follow
the instructions included with it to get some basic mail scanning rules
set up in your ACLs. If you get that far, you will find it is easy to
adjust the 'forbidden attachment types' to suit your needs.
