[Exim] Unrouteable address

Hello List,

I am on exim-4.20/Redhat 7.2

When I try to send mail to an account called paulo@??? the mail is
bounced back to me saying this:

When i checked the log here is what it gives:

When i try to send mail from test@??? to test@??? it works and
also when i send to outside world that is even working.

Any comments.
