[Exim] build problem not in FAQ

Hello,

I'm having a problem building Exim 4.22 on FreeBSD 4.5. I've got my
Local/Makefile set up the way I want it, and everything appears to be okay
both there and in the OS file. However, when I run make, I get an error
that says "account not available" and it quits. I looked on the FAQ and in
the archive for this list but haven't had much luck finding a solution. Has
anyone out there run into this before?
