We've currently implemented this as blocking all the Outblaze domains
regardless of connecting IP, and *.outblaze.com unless it comes from one of
the above ranges (it was easier to do last night than the rdns match :-).
Is there any chance that one of your machines will ever HELO simply as
outblaze.com, or will it always be foo.outblaze.com?
