[Exim] 4.21 Compile and test okay Solaris 9 Sparc

Upgrade from 4.20 - 4.21

Tonight, I was able to compile and test version 4.21 of Exim for the
following configuration:

Sun Solaris 9 Sparc
IPv6 is not enabled
GCC 3.3
Patched with exiscan-acl-4.21-10.patch


The only thing of note was the following entries started to show in the exim
logs:

2003-08-14 21:33:40 dnslists domain "JP.rbl.cluecentral.net
BR.rbl.cluecentral.net" contains strange characters - is this right?

These did not show before in version 4.20... The cause was a missing :
character in the list of rbls.
