The upgrade has been reinstated, including Philip's patch to fix IPv6
support.

Folks using CVSup or CVS mirrors should take care that they get the port
at PORTREVISION 1. Otherwise, you've got the original 4.21 port, which
included the IPv6 bug.

Note that the same warning regargind exiscan support applies.
