[Exim] Cookbook for Exim 4?

Curious if one has been made. I've started taking snipits of samples that
people have posted for reference later.. It is hard sometimes to find them
when you are looking for them via a search engine. Many times you know what
you want, but don't know how to ask what you are looking for.

Some of the options are easier to understand sometimes when they can be seen
in action in an example.
