It looks like there are one too many {'s in your alias router - there's
a hint in the error message:
failed to open {/etc/aliases
Try removing one of the opening curly brackets before /etc/aliases.
FWIW mine looks like:
data = ${lookup{$local_part}lsearch{/etc/aliases}}
