[Exim] STARTTLS help...

When running Exim 4.2, how do I allow SSL (STARTTLS) without initiating EHLO?

My config has:

tls_advertise_hosts = *

Right now, STARTTLS only works if EHLO is initiated, otherwise I get the following error:

503 STARTTLS command used when not advertised
