This is based off the debian directory/run-level scheme, but you don't
actually have to use it, I also provide a single exim4.conf conf file

The idea is to have a inclusive conf file that contains most of the config
options you might need, and at least, it's a good place to start

The debian approach (which again, you don't have to use if you don't want
it), is quite nice as it lets you push the same base config to all your
mail servers, and it's easy to add something local by editing just one file
(/etc/exim4/config, symlink to conf.d/main/05_vars_n_macros contains almost
all the options you would care about in one small file), and you can also
add routers or transports by simply adding new files in conf.d, keeping your
base config the same.
