In http://www.exim.org/exim-html-4.20/doc/html/filter_28.html#SECT28 there
is a typo in the explanation of what personal is shorthand for.

It states that personal is shorthand for:

!error_message and
...

what it should say is that personal is shorthand for:

not error_message and
...
