Thanks to Steve and Andreas for the wonderful answers, however, I
believe I misstated myself.
When I said I wanted to check if the mail was to someone in one of the
domains I have, what I meant to say was much simpler. I want to check
to see if the mail is to one of those domains. I do not wish to do
user-level checking at the unix box. We have thousands of users - so
the localparts file would be difficult to maintain, and although the
LDAP solution offered by Steve is WONDERFUL (and very cool - I had no
idea exim would do that), and I will attempt to make that work at some
point, right now, I just need a server that will hand it off if it's
got one of those domain parts on it. It's being handed off to another
server that will (supposedly) scan it for spam with some heirarchical
filters. (Which is not my project unfortunately. That's the reason I
just need the hand-off.)
I am still working with the configs that you guys have offered to see
if I can make them work. I will post again when I have it working.
Thanks again everyone!
