1. Use exim -bt to discover the host(s) that natasha@??? routes to.
2. Scan your Exim logs to see when it last tried to contact those hosts.
At some time in the past there will have been a failure.
3. Or use "exinext" with those host names to see what Exim's retry
information tells you.

Because it knows that the host to which the message should be sent has
been dead for a very long time (several days). It won't try again until
the next retry time arrives.
