[Exim] helo_accept_chars and a new feature?

I was wondering if we could get a new "feature" in Exim. We have the
ability to accept hostnames with underscores in them, but I would like
to either warn or deny the messages containing these underscores. My
intent is to automate a bounce message that says "Get your mail server
fixed".
