I had, and this doesn't seem to apply, given that the tcp_ecn is already
"0" and no other hosts have any problems at all...
The other FAQ's refer to different mailers, but we're talking exim to
exim here, the message is a simple one-packet job, and while packet loss
on my Internet connection (wireless to a two-way satellie link) can
sometimes be an issue, this does not appear to be causing this issue.
I had rather hoped to avoid sniffing the network to see what is
happening, but if that is what is recommended, I'm happy to do so.
