I have updated the Exim snapshot to contain the latest development
source.

A major new feature is support for the Sieve filtering language (RFC
3028). Many thanks to Michael Haardt for implementing this module.
Documentation is sparse at the moment: the RFC itself and a README.SIEVE
file are in the doc directory. This should be enough for keen geeks. In
due course, something more tractable will have to be provided for end
users.
