A miniscule patch indeed: I changed exim.c: replaced the value -1 with 30
on line 587 in the verify_address function call. -1 is disable and
anything higher is a time-out in seconds. So now exim does a call-out at
-bv and -bt, enabling us to accurately check e-mail addresses.
