[Exim] AOL Rejecting Mails...

Hello List,

I don't know if this is the correct list where i am posting this issue.

I have problem sending mails to any mailaccount of aol.com, since i am using
exim i decided to post it here..
Here is the log from Exim.

What i found from google for this : host mailin-04.mx.aol.com
[64.12.138.89]: 550 DIRECT CONNECTION FROM DIAL-UP OR DYNAMIC-IP DENIED

Is Aol Rejects Mail from Dail-Up or Dynamic Ips but mine is a Webhosting
server and i do have pool of Static Ips, so what could be the reson?

Please put me on correct path.
