The old exiscan patch is the default, for backwards compatibility reasons.
You can build the port with:
make
=> build with the old exiscan patch
make WITH_EXISCAN_ACL=yes
=> build with the new exiscan-acl patch
make WITHOUT_EXISCAN=yes
=> build without any exiscan patch
