[Exim] Mailman bounce checking

I added the following code from the Mailman Distro to allow bounces, I
recieve the error:

Exim configuration error in line 332:
error in ACL: unknown ACL condition/modifier in "{exists
{/mail-data/mailman/lists/$1/config.pck}}} {yes}{no}}"

Is there some minor syntax error? thanks

placed at end of acl_check_rcpt:
