if $message_body matches "(pen.s|tr.ck|n.geria)" then
    save $home/.mail/junkmail
    logwrite "$tod_log / ***JUNK Msg Body $1 / $header_from / $header_subject \n"

Why do not you simply use SpamAssassin?
