[Exim] mbox->Maildir script

i offered these a couple of weeks ago, and replied to most (but not all)
who requested it -- i got buried towards the end there.

i put up a web page,

i've tested everything except the code to change ownership of the files
after they're generated in Maildir/cur and Maildir/new. i've not heard any
reports of problems with that (but i'd sure like to hear a report of
success with it.)

this code is derived from the Russ Nelson conversion script. it differs in
that it looks for

Status: R
Status: RO

and

X-Status: A

in the mbox files and translates them to the version 2 Maildir flags.

note that it may create unnecessary Maildir directory hierarchies in role
accounts that have home directories that they own. some policing will be
needed after the fact.
