[Exim] Attached Documents getting corrupted

I haven't seen this topic come up before so I am sorry if it has.

I am having a problem where attached MS Word Documents are getting
thrown into the body of the email as MIME format and turned into
jibberish.

I noticed that the sender has there email setup to send as HTML formated
emails.

I am running exim 4.2 with sa-exim 3.0

Help would be very much appreciated
