[Exim] Piping help?

Well, i know this is not an Exim question, but I am hoping someone has
done this before.

I need to set up a pipe-driver that takes the sender, subject and body
of a mail and insert the results in a mySQL-database for later
processing by a email->SMS gateway process. But, I am not able to make
any headway. Has anyone done anything like this before, preferably in
python?
