[Exim] Eximscan + Spamd

Hello,

I use eximscan + spamd for my spam trap, it works well except for that
I'll like to have any mail tagged as spam to be moved to a different
folder and also, I want the subject be rephrased e.g adding **SPAM
MAIL**, to the subject. How can I get these two things to work?
