[Exim] Converters Guide

Hi,

I would like to convery my exim from 3.3x to the latest version. 4.2.x. Does
anyone have a converters guide or something that could help me in converting
from v3 to v4. Something that would point out different commands used in the
config file etc.

Basically, a good tutorial for setting up exim.
