Yes. As stated, I have this problem.

I had a sending problem due to sonic wall (can't 100% verify that) and to
get around it, I used our ISP as a fallback smarthost. We can't easily do
that for incoming mail although there are plans of fixing all of our domains
to be the same (pri and secondary mx)
