Bit of a bitch if theres really no host there - everyone trying to mail
you suffers a full TCP connect timeout for each connection. Worth a
good slapping I'd say!
Better to have something on that IP address that doesn't speak SMTP -
your router for example, or that gives an unavailable initial message.
