[Exim] local_scan timeout

Hello,

I just noticed that when the local_scan timeouts, exim will then defer
the mail.
Is there a way to tell exim to accept the mail instead of deferring it?
I had a quick look through the options list but could find anything
(except for the local_scan_timeout option).
